Sophie Toumieux, Partner

 

Sophie has had a successful international career in finance, working for some of the biggest names in investment banking, specializing in derivatives markets. Armed with her diploma from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Grenoble, she moved to London to work for Merrill Lynch and the Royal Bank of Scotland. She then joined Thomson Reuters in Paris. More recently, she returned from Sydney, where she was working for JPMorgan Financial Services, and joined a prestigious London-based Executive Coaching firm, The Preston Associates. Since then, she has set up her own structure, V2 Partners, and draws on her experience (and her associates!) to continue to grow and flourish in her chosen profession. 

 

Sophie's professional success is closely linked to her collaborative, team-focused approach to developing people's talents. She understands how large international organizations work, and what these challenging and highly competitive environments demand of their people. Sophie trained as an Executive Coach at the University of Chester, UK. She is also certified in the AEC DISC®, 4 Colors® and Genos® (Emotional Leadership) methods. Today, she practises her profession with passion and conviction, in a style that is both warm and generous, but also demanding, without losing sight of her clients' results and performance objectives.
