THE PROCESS COMMUNICATION MODEL® 

 

 

The Process Communication Model® is a NON-NORMATIVE communication model developed by the psychologist Taibi Kahler, himself a graduate of the transactional analysis school.

It offers tools for clarifying and resolving the problems encountered in miscommunication.

Its aim is to facilitate exchanges between people in the most common communication situations, particularly in the workplace.

  • Developing team cohesion and efficiency through more effective communication

  • Understand how the team operates and the significance of misunderstandings, miscommunications, dissension and conflict.

  • Acquire a common language and tools for dealing positively with conflict

  • Optimise the team's communication with other partners, both inside and outside the company.

 

Approach :

 

  • - Preliminary interviews with the parties concerned (HR, Project Manager, L&D, Team Leader, individual)

  • - Identification of the individual's or team's issues

  • - Provision of a link to complete an online questionnaire

  • - Delivery of an individual (and/or team) Process Communication Model® profile

  • - Implementation of tailor-made educational programmes: training, coaching, team building, etc.
