Stemming from the work of Jung & Marston, these methods enable us to better understand ourselves, and consequently our interlocutors. 

Based on 4 colors, these tools are playful, operational and intuitive. 

 

 

Process:

 

 

• Preliminary interviews with the parties concerned (HR, Project Manager, L&D, Team Leader, individual, etc.).

• Identification of individual or company issues

• Provision of access codes to complete an online questionnaire

• Delivery of your individual (and/or team) AEC DISC® or 4 Colors® profile  

• Implementation of training programs, method coaching and customized team-building activities, in line with the company's identified issues.
