INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

 

The work of our consultant coaches is based on an upstream diagnosis. They rely in particular on qualitative questioning methods, on their ability to listen sympathetically and to create an environment conducive to the establishment of an effective thinking partnership. The aim is to encourage the expression of your full potential and allow it to develop.

 

 

Approach:

 

  • Initial bilateral or tripartite meeting with the people involved (HR, L&D, employee). The aim is to share objectives and align the expectations of the organisation with those of the individual.

 

  • Identification of progress indicators (KPIs) to measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of the Coaching Programme.

 

  • Personal and confidential interview with the employee to ensure the right chemistry between him/her and one of us.

 

  • Start of 6 sessions of 2h30 each. These are ideally spaced 3/4 weeks apart to allow time for the change to take place.

 

  • Diagnosis can be carried out by drawing up and carrying out a 360.
