Sophie likes to get involved in action and transformation as much as in relationships ("Creating Links and Making Links"), and has chosen to work with the men and women involved in companies.    

 

Fifteen years' experience of hierarchical and cross-functional management in the agri-food, high-tech and service industries has given her recognised expertise in getting teams and individuals moving. She is an enthusiast of "Management by Meaning": giving meaning to reap commitment and results.    

 

With her wealth of professional experience at Danone, SFR and Circular France, Sophie knows how to navigate with ease in the world of large groups and their complex organisational challenges, as well as in that of SMEs and their needs for rapid change.

Now a certified Professional and Individual Coach, trained in Team Coaching at International Mozaïk and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Institut Repère), Sophie cultivates commitment, energy and benevolence, a subtle balance between Yin and Yang in the service of individual and collective transformation.
